There are so many attractions and activities at the park and it caters for all ages and abilities. The nearby market town of Ashbourne is 12 miles away and offers a variety of shops and places to eat and has a rich history, making it an interesting town to explore. Chatsworth House and Park and the halls of Haddon and Hardwick are all within reach as are a myriad of fascinating little towns and villages such as Bakewell, Hartington, Tissington and many more.
