 The location was excellent and led to a relaxing break. Scenery from site is beautiful looking towards the estuary. Near lots of lovely beaches and walks.

Location was perfect - short drive to both Exmouth and Exeter, and many pretty villages. Views of the surrounding countryside and river Exe were lovely. The activities available in the local area (golf, clay pigeon shooting and wake-boarding) are all excellent value when compared to how much they cost in other areas. Some great local restaurants too (seafood, Indian, Thai).

This is an ideal spot for people who love the country but also the coast as it is only 15 minutes away. The staff are helpful and friendly and dog owners will appreciate the area for their animals.
