In a gorgeous location on the banks of the River Yare this comfortable property comes with its own rowing boat for exploring the river whilst its large decked area is ideal for fishing or simply sitting and watching the waterborne world go by and marvelling at the wonderful sunsets. Quietly set down a private road about 1 mile from shops and pubs in Brundall it is within easy reach of RSPB Strumpshaw Fen (2 miles) and the delightful city of Norwich with its cathedral castle galleries museums and fine shopping as well as fabulous sandy beaches and Great Yarmouth's family fun. Pub and shop ½ mile.
