"This park is ideal for a "get away from it all" break. My husband and I were celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary and it was ideal for us. My husband had been in contact with Simon (site manager) prior to us arriving and had arranged flowers, chocolates and champayne as a surprise and he had obliged by arranging it all for him. A perfect getaway if you want to spend some time alone with a special loved one."

"Very nice clean park with a lovely warm welcome from Steve when we first arrived. Ideal location only 1/2 mile from the small village which has a few restaurants, pubs and take-aways. Lovely & peaceful site with clean tidy lodges. Our Rosemary Lodge 1 had the hot tub to the side & towards the back of the lodge. The lodge was home from home with everything you could possibly need. York is only 15-20 minutes away and with the park and ride down the road it is the ideal way to get in to the city. All in all we had a lovely holiday, in a nice peaceful location."
